[Feature] Hope to enhance the image sharing features of Immich.

With that foundation, could a set of image hosting API endpoints be added? This would allow third-party platforms to upload files via the API. While using Immich, we not only need to manage photos and videos captured by cameras, but we also have many images and videos from note-taking that we want to store in Immich for centralized collection. For example, we may need to attach photos and videos in note-taking apps such as Obsidian, SiYuan, Joplin, Notion, and Trilium. We may also publish images and videos on other third-party blogs and forums, yet still want all these assets stored within Immich for easy browsing and storage.
