[Feature] Hide person from list but show in photo

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

It would be cool to have a way to hide people from the list so i don't have to scroll 500 persons to select the one i like to filter but at the same time if i open a photo with someone that is hidden i can see that in this photo the person is appears
