[Feature] Hide images from "Manage location"

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have tons of photos without a location and I eventually want to have them all tagged correctly, but there are also tons of photos that I don't tag with a location (e.g. screenshots, memes etc.).
It would be great to have the ability to hide photos from the view, such that it's easier to find the remaining untagged ones (that I actually want to tag).

Additionally it would be great to also have a filter that hides tagged ones from the view, so it can really act like a "photos-to-be-tagged" queue.
