Having access to the full EXIF data would significantly improve automation workflows. For example, I am building a tool that automatically identifies screenshots and moves them into a separate album for archiving. The information needed to detect screenshots already exists in the image metadata, but because it is not exposed through the API, I have to scan every asset and infer the data indirectly. This turns what could be a fast, lightweight operation into a process that takes hours to complete.
