[Feature] Free Up Space (Android App Feature) Dangerously Broadens Deletion Scope by Default: Adjust This

The conditions of concern are that: 1. The list of local folders includes all local folders on the phone, not just folders selected in 'Backup Albums'. 2. The line items in the local folders list is unselected by default (defaulting to deletion). This leads to the following problems: 3. If a local folder newly acquires it's first image file, the next time 'Free Up Space' is run the new local folder will be included in the deletion be default. This is risky. 4.
