[Feature] Foward and Back buttons to skip to date on timeline view

The feature
When scrolling through photos in the timeline view, it would be helpful for a couple things
1) Drop down selector for which album to show (mine, shared, all)
2) Forward-Back buttons to skip to the next date section
And possibly other things to filter the views.

• Mobile
