[Feature] Flash indicator

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature _Flash indicator_ Immich largely got its UI from the old Google Photos UI, before it got trashed. This gave it a decent, timeless UI but it missed one valuable feature: displaying the presence or absence of a camera flash. Notice the inverted color scheme for the camera icon. This would be the new default icon for the camera, similar to the existing mobile icon.
