[Feature] Extract Date from Visual Timestamp on Photoes

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like all my old photos which i am scanning and uploading to Immich to have the date extracted from the visual timestamp on the picture.
I would also like to have a utility that scans my library, detects photos with the date and suggests the one which differ from the known meta data for the date
