[Feature] External library reacts to changes to xmp

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature I have the "Watch external libraries for file changes" setting turned on, and Immich does react to new media files or changes to existing ones (mostly). However it doesn't react to anything regarding xmp files. I need to programmatically edit thousands of xmp files that I will then upload to the folder where the images are, but Immich just ignores those. There is the possibility to "Refresh metadata" on either individual photos or in bulk, but I'd have to know which photos to refresh. For performance reasons, I'd rather have Immich automatically react to the thousands of new/changed xmp files than manually refreshing everything (soon to reach hundreds of thousands of photos). Another case would be if you just find it easier to edit the xmp files directly instead of within Immich. For example to a more precise timestamp (I have …
