[Feature] End-to-End Encryption and Integrated Backup Management

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Hello Immich Team, First, thank you for creating such a wonderful application. I've been able to replace costly cloud services like iCloud and Google Photos by self-hosting Immich on my own hardware, which is a fantastic achievement. As someone relatively new to self-hosting, I share a common concern with many users: data security at the host level. While Immich secures access, the media files and database on the host machine itself remain vulnerable if the system is compromised. Therefore, I would like to humbly request two interconnected features to enhance security and resilience: Optional End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for Media: The ability to encrypt uploaded photos and videos on the client-side (e.g., in the mobile/app client) before they are sent to and stored on the server.
