[Feature] Enable folder-view even if app is set to "read-only" mode on Android

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature I use Immich exclusively for external libraries with the folder view - which now works great for me! The external libraries are all mounted read-only to the container, so I thought it would be logical to also set the app on Android into the "read-only" mode. Unfortunately it is not possible to access the "Library" and therefore it is also not possible to access the folders/folder view at all. I would like to see this changed to be able to access the folder view and just browse it. All functions, that would perform write actions, should be greyed out, or not be there at all. Perhaps it also would be better to get the folder view out of the "Library" - it's somewhat hidden there. A button in the bottom bar would be more appropriate, I think.
