[Feature] Editable camera and lens EXIF info

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Immich currently displays these information in details section about pictures: • Date and Time _(editable)_ • Filename, pixel count, picture size, file size • Camera manufacturer and model name, shutter speed, ISO • Lens manufacturer and model name, aperture, focal length • Location _(editable)_ I propose that both lens and camera sections should be editable for following reasons: 1. Using manual lenses on digital camera Camera might either require user to select a lens profile manually (which is ureliable) or just puts something like 'unknown lens' into EXIF. The same goes for actual aperture and focal length values. 2.
