[Feature] Easy way to identify/see any items that failed to process

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I know this can be looked up via CLI which is already a bit of a pain for the average user, but its also checking the logs for the ID and then going into sql cli. Would be wondering to have maybe a Utilities page (like the large files just released!) to show more details on the items that failed. File name, full location (external library), etc.
