[Feature] Don't dismiss change location modal on click outside

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

While positioning the pin on the map to update the location of an asset, I occasionally accidentally click outside the modal accidentally dismissing it. I would prefer if the modal could only be dismissed by clicking Cancel or the corner X.
