[Feature] Display option to be more comments/description friendly

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature I would love to use Immich as the main photo browser for my extended family to share family history. We have old photos where some have up to a paragraph of information. Currently, photo text somewhat hidden under info --> description (is there a limit to the size of this field?). And the existence of any photo text is not readily apparent. It would be great to have a more comments-forward display mode where first, the presence of a description is indicated ex. request [#7778]( Secondly, a more intuitive and accessible text display (Grandparent level friendly) would be important. This could be implemented with text displayed in sidebar text or on mouse hover. The ability to comment on albums would be another helpful feature [#3896]( These could be implemented as options for those who don't want extra clutter. I think having these feature…
