[Feature] Disable double click zoom in by default

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

few days ago it was simply "added as is" in one of commits leaving us with a bunch of issues related to double clicks on photos one of which inability to select ocr now, can we have a new option to be able to disable it?

ocr bug needs to be fixed too, double clicking zooms in and doesnt even let you select text
