[Feature] Detect unreadable media in System Integrity

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

System Integrity currently checks for missing files and checksum mismatches, but doesn't detect files that exist and cannot be decoded.

These files repeatedly fail thumbnail generation without appearing in any integrity report.

Please add unreadable media to System Integrity so admins can identify and trash affected assets, including those owned by other users.
