The feature
Currently when immich imports a file, it has a few ways of determining the date. It can pull from EXIF or XMP, but as a fallback it refers to file metadata. A user can also set their own date. Knowing which method was used could be helpful in sorting, setting new dates, & future features.
Essentially when a date is stored in the database it should also mark how this date was arrived upon. It should also be changed when a user sets/updates the date.
