[Feature] Crop: Start with full-fit crop area

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
My primary usecase of cropping on mobile is cutting away black space from screenshots of 16:9 (or 9:16) content.
When cropping images on mobile, tapping one of the ratio options results in a crop area of the chosen ratio appearing of a seemingly arbitrary size. I would like the crop area to default to fit within the full height or width of the image, whichever is lesser. This would mimic the behavior of Google Photos and remove a few extra taps from the cropping process.
