[Feature] createActivity API needs fields for comment date and user

The feature


In a google takeout shared album, there is an optional sharedAlbumComments struct in the album's metadata.json, as well as in the .json file for each individual photo/video. This maps very nicely onto the immich "Activities" API for importing, except that createActivity has no way to specify a comment/like's datetime or user. I would like to request that these fields be added to the API. User mapping between google photos and immich is problematic, but datetime should be pretty easy.
