[Feature] Create own F-droid repo

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The current F-Droid release is still two weeks and 4 Versions behind.
As immich can't control F-Droids build process, it may be best to create a custom repository wich is faster paced, especially since immich is under such rapid development.

There is also the [FUTO repo]( wich could be used.
The current package in the default repos could still be kept, but users that want a faster release process could switch to the custom repo.
