[Feature] Check all image orientations when performing deduplication

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Due to and I suspect many image libraries have undetected duplicate photos. I propose checking all four orientations of the image when performing duplicate detection (or at least include the option to do so).
