[Feature] Captions/Descriptions for various settings

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The web app does a pretty good job of this, but the mobile app is somewhat lacking.
Some of the settings are named somewhat unintuitively (Dynamic Layout being one, "Automatic" mode in Photo Grid Group-by being another [see: #18796...]), and...actually I think it's mostly just the Photo Grid settings.
Regardless, adding captions to those undescribed settings would greatly help the understanding of new users who don't quite understand what a setting means, without trial and error.

For example:
Dynamic Layout
[disabled] *All tiles are square-shaped*
[enabled] *Tiles keep the aspect ratio of the image when there is room*

Additionally, describing that "Assets per row" can be changed by pinching would be a good addition.
