[Feature] Auto-rotate video when transcoding

The feature

There's a specific issue with the Immich plugin for Kodi ( and possibly some other applications. The problem is that some video players, especially those using hardware acceleration, don't respect the rotation tag in MP4 file metadata. Consequently, vertical videos from phones that use this tag will be displayed as horizontal. What I suggest:
1) Add the "Use FFMpeg autorotate" option to the transcoding settings.
2) When enabling this option, remove the FFMpeg -noautorotate setting from the transcoding command.
