[Feature] Android: also register for ACTION_REVIEW so a camera app's "last shot" button opens Immich

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Follow-up to #8116, which asked for Immich to become the system photo viewer. That was implemented in #26109 (merged 2026-06-03, shipped in v3.0.0) — but only for android.intent.action.VIEW. The part of the original request that covers camera apps is still missing: in #8116 (comment by Atemu, 2024-03-21) the suggestion was explicitly com.android.camera.action.REVIEW, with Fossify Gallery's manifest as the reference. Camera apps do not send VIEW for their thumbnail / "last shot" button. They send com.android.camera.action.REVIEW (the legacy AOSP action most OEM cameras still use) or android.provider.action.REVIEW (MediaStore.ACTION_REVIEW).
