[Feature] Allow users to select archiving behavior in regards to faces/people

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Since archiving faces causing search for people to break is apparently seen as intended behavior and not a bug (see [#15339](

I would like to request the ability to let users decide for themselves if that should be the case on their servers.

Something like this:

Any other requested granular controls for archiving could also be included in this section.

This would resolve:
(in addition to search, the potential of duplicate entries is another issue)
