[Feature] Allow reverse sort of comments in albums

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
Album comments currently show as oldest on top (descending), even when album photos show newest on top. In older albums with many comments, this means a lot of scrolling to see new comments. I'd like to see the option to show newest comments on top (ascending). Thanks.
