[Feature] Allow re-running OCR for a single asset

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature This matters most after fixing an asset's orientation (if uploaded asset is initially rotated, OCR will fail) Add a way to re-run OCR for one asset, instead of only being able to trigger it for the entire library via Administration > Jobs > OCR > "All". — right now, refreshing OCR on a single corrected photo means kicking off a full-library reprocess, which is expensive on CPU-only instances. Other job types already support this at the asset level — for example, "Refresh faces" is available from the asset detail view for Facial Recognition. An equivalent "Refresh OCR" / "Run OCR" action in the asset's context menu (or the "..." menu in the detail view) would let a single mis-processed image be fixed without a full-library job.
