[Feature] Allow decade in storage template

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

Would it be possible to add a variable for {{decade}} to the storage template options? My photos are in a hierarchy with the following pattern, and I'd like to preserve it:

1990's/1994/1994.06/1994.06.12 17.20.11 - .jpg

This is mostly achievable with the existing storage template system, but I haven't been able to get the decade piece to work yet.
