[Feature] AI Assistant Integration - Gemini / Apple Intelligence

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature


I would fancy a feature, where LLM Assistants such as Gemini on Pixel Phones, or upcoming Apple Intelligence get access to Immich Data via possible APIs.

This would enable queries like "Where have I been with my mother in the USA last year", or "what was the weird restaurant which was set in a hospital theme?"

I dont know whether there are APIs planned to upstream data to Gemini/Apple Intelligence but I think its worth investigating and possibly connecting data to these Assistants

EDIT: Just to make sure this Feauture Request is not misunderstood - I mean integration into Operating System Level Assistant, not within immich.
