[Feature] Adding a selection of themes to choose from

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
Right now, the selection of themes is very low, there's only light and dark mode on web and on android. There isn't even material U theming available for immich on android. Could you please add like a selection of presets to choose from after installing immich like catpuccin or nord on web and material U on android?
