[Feature] add option to disable pinch to resize photo grid

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
In the timeline page (Photos) you can pinch to resize the photo grid (number of photos per row). It is easy to accidentally change this, overriding your configured setting in Settings > Photo Grid > Layout > Number of assets per row. This is a bit irritating.
I am proposing to add a setting to disable this pinch feature in the Photo Grid settings page
I am encountering this on:
Mobile: Android 16, Immich 3.0.3 build.3056
Server: 3.0.3
I could create a PR for this
