[Feature] Add option to always show unassigned faces in info bar

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature I have a bunch of pictures which contain faces which have been detected but not yet assigned to person. These are only visible if you click on the pencil to go in to the "Edit faces" mode, at which point you can assign them to an existing person (named or not).
