[Feature] Add image to album from image view for shared images

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

My wife and I use partner sharing with two accounts. For images that are shown in your timeline from a partner's library, there is no way to add those to an album directly from the image view. You have to go back to timeline view to add it to an album as the "three-dot-menu" is missing.
