[Feature] Add full size thumbnail preference

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The IOS app does not seem to currently support showing immich generated full size thumbnails (/thumbnail?size=fullsize). Instead enabling "Load original image" results in the app trying to show the original image (/original) in my case the images are RAW .nef files which for some reason shows a very bad preview when loaded.

My request is adding a setting that allows the app to use the full size previews.

I'm unsure if what i am observing is a bug. Looking at the code AppSettingsEnum.loadPreview does not seem to be used anywhere, and checking the requests made to the server seems to confirm the setting changes nothing. [This PR changed the code](
I belive the issue could be fixed by a few changes [here](
