[Feature] Add an action menu to the geo location utility to allow more changes (delete, change date/time, ...)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Add a "..." menu to the manage location utility containing all the basic activitities you can do on a selection of assets. In the location tool I do go through the whole timeline to correct any missing location information (I have some cameras that do not have GPS) and while doing this, I find some other issues, like wrong date/time, lousy photo to be deleted, missing thumbnail, ...

Adding a menu with these items should make the utility more helpful (I currently open 2 tabs, but then I have to sync them manually). Also add an option for a single selected asset to view it, as you sometimes need a hint in the picture/video to locate the asset correctly.
