[Feature] Account Settings Search Feature

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The Administration page (under /admin/system-settings) provides a nice search functionality.
It would be great if this could be also used in the Account Settings (under /user-settings).
