[Feature] Ability to Retroactively Fix Timeline Dates for Previously Hidden/Unhidden Media from iOS App

The feature

In v1.131.3, I reported a bug where media that were hidden and then unhidden were placed on the timeline using the upload time instead of the saved/creation time (Issue #17440).
This has been fixed for new uploads, but existing affected media still display on the timeline at their upload time.

Creating a new user would fix the issue, but that isn’t practical because:

• I’ve spent a lot of time correcting facial recognition results.
• Some media were uploaded directly from my PC, so recreating the library risks incomplete replication.

Request:
Please add a way to retroactively correct the dates of previously affected media, ideally by re-reading their metadata or running a migration/repair job.
