[Feature] Ability to disable certain tasks in machine learning containers

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

Follow up on It would be nice if the different machine learnings tasks - face recognition, image processing, smart search - had dedicated URLs. Then you can configure different container/hosts, e.g. face recognition and image processing on powerful on/off machines and smart search on always-on low performance systems.
