[Feature] ability to choose which part of the image to use as album cover

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

right now only able to select an image, and album automatically crop the center part to use for cover. Would be great to be able to crop certain part of image for album cover instead of always the center
