[Feature] Ability to bulk update photo metadata in locked folder

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
When I have multiple photos selected in a locked folder and I would like to add tags, location data, or change description but it seems these options are missing.
