Duplicate recognition marks hardlinks as duplicates

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Hardlinks should not be marked as duplicates or there should at least be an option to intentionally exclude them from duplicate recognition, because they do not need storage capacity and are good habits of having copies of the same file in multiple locations (e.g. best picture folder of your holiday images).

Using external libraries:
1. Create a hardlink of a file in an external library
2. Syncronize the external library
3. Check duplicate recognition tool -> hard link was detected as duplicate
