Confusing behavior after attempting to re-upload a trashed picture

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report. • Yes The bug Re-uploading a picture that's already in the trash doesn't re-upload the picture, restore it from the trash, or alert the user that something is preventing that picture from showing up in the photo stream as it should (and as the correct upload process seems to point at).
