Change the scale and speed of the graph for View Details for jobs based on the number of assets

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature View Details graph scale (in Job Queues) moving too fast for large number of assets making it sometimes not informative. If user upload a lot of assets or choose to _reset/All_ option (as of now with v3.3.0 - for new OCR models and thumbnails re-generation) the scale working well overall but as it moves really fast I can't see any meaningful graph rendering. Because the assets being processed slow and so the line is all the time basically flat line only. Would be great if the speed of the graph reflecting the number of assets. (Processing speed is hard to calculate because of HW differences between machines + some users use separate ML container on machine outside of the Immich server and there can be even switch between the two while batch is in process).
