[BUG] Burst shots need more granular ordering

The bug Currently burst shots that are taken too quickly seem to appear in arbitrary order after uploading, best guess is that it's because the timestamp in the EXIF only goes by seconds, however there's another value in EXIF called "Sub-Second time" So for myself, I have these 4 pictures from a single burst: DSC_0001_BURST20230813092638111.jpg - Date Time Digitized: Aug 13, 2023 at 9:26:38 AM - Sub-second Time: 178406 DSC_0024_BURST20230813092638111.jpg - Date Time Digitized: Aug 13, 2023 at 9:26:39 AM - Sub-second Time: 094772 DSC_0025_BURST20230813092638111.jpg - Date Time Digitized: Aug 13, 2023 at 9:26:39 AM - Sub-second Time: 128095 DSC_0030_BURST20230813092638111.jpg - Date Time Digitized: Aug 13, 2023 at 9:26:39 AM - Sub-second Time: 311368 So after uploading, the first few shots have a different second value, so they're clumped but still arbitrary order, and every unique second value has its own clumping S…
