Add date-range filtering and download to shared album

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, the shared album web view supports selecting and downloading assets, but it has no date-range filter. Exporting photos from a specific event or time period therefore requires manually browsing and selecting assets, or using the API.

Please add a date-range filter to the shared album view, based on the assets’ original capture date (takenAt). The filter should apply only within the shared album and work with the existing selection and download actions, so the filtered photos can be downloaded as an archive from the browser on any operating system.

A clear definition of the date boundaries and timezone would also be helpful.
