Sun: no new-style trigger or condition for azimuth/angle

The problem

There's new-style sun triggers and conditions for changes in elevation, but no equivalent for the sun's azimuth.

The most useful would be "azimuth is in a certain range", since that can be matched to the angles the sun shines through windows.
