Roborock Q10: expose cleaning passes, route and water level as selectable entities

The problem The Home Assistant Roborock integration supports the Roborock Q10 (B01), but several Q10-specific cleaning settings are not exposed as stateful entities. For a Roborock Q10 VF, the relevant settings are: • dpCleanLine / DP 78 — cleaning route • dpCleanCount / DP 136 — cleaning passes • DP 124 — water level The installed python-roborock library already decodes the Q10 status fields for DP 78 and DP 136, and the Q10 command handling supports the required dpCommon wrapper for setting writes. Current behavior In my current Home Assistant installation, the active Roborock config entry creates the Q10 vacuum and its normal entities, but it does not expose the Q10-specific cleaning settings as proper stateful selectable entities.
