Add entity translations to the Météo-France integration

The problem The Météo-France integration currently defines several sensor entity names directly in English in sensor.py, so these entity names remain in English even when Home Assistant is configured in French. Examples include: • Weather alert • Cloud cover • Daily original condition • Daily precipitation • Freeze chance • Humidity • Next rain • Original condition • Pressure • Rain chance • Snow chance • Temperature • Wind gust • Wind speed It would be useful to migrate these entities to Home Assistant's translation-key system so their names can be localized through the normal translation workflow. Suggested French translations: • Weather alert → Vigilance météo • Cloud cover → Couverture nuageuse • Daily original condition → Condition météo quotidienne d’origine • Daily precipitation → Précipitations quotidiennes • Freeze chance → Risque de gel • Humidit…
