When a team folder is created, the team is granted admin permissions for team folder: New role: Team member has admin permissions for team folder
• Teams would like to manage the things their folders
• This allows team members to do anything an admin can do in their team folder, except for delete it.
• Any folder will be able to use this new role, not just team folders
• This is opt-in by default
